The name Adelix (pron: Ah-dell-ix) is derived from the Adelie Penguin (Pygoscelis adeliae), found in Antarctica. The Adelie Penguin is the characteristic "Tuxedo" penguin with a black body and a white chest - simple, effective and graceful.
